This juxtaposition of four levels of signage is an example of the unity of what appear to be the random combinations and recombinations of the Steam Punk City. The street is a place of movement, as well as a location of exposure to predation and theft, including the visual theft of identity which comes from the privatization (power wires) or manipulation (blue walls, sign in the car window) of visual space. Note how movement in the visual field (in memory and potential here) is done in portable privatized spaces. Outside of them is the hidden space in plain view that is the steam punk city.
